There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Finkelstein: Page 1, line 5 (title amendment): Delete "and Correctional Industries Commission" Insert "Correctional Industries Commission, and Hazardous Substance Spill Technology Review Council" Page 2, after line 12: Insert a new bill section to read: "* Sec. 9. AS44.66.010(a)(19) is amended to read: (19) Hazardous Substance Spill Technology Review Council (AS46.13.110) -- June30, 1999 [1994]." Renumber the following bill sections accordingly. Representative Finkelstein moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Objection was heard. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB233(FIN) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 233(FIN) am was read the third time. Representative Toohey placed a call of the House. The question being: "Shall CSHB 233(FIN) am pass the House?"
